Mohammad Amir Childhood

Muhammad Amir also known as Mohammad Aamer, is a Pakistani international cricketer and a left-arm fast bowler, he was born on 13 April 1992, in Gujjar Khan, Punjab. Amir was the second youngest of seven children in his family and was born in the Chohan tribe of the Gujjar family. Amir in his childhood played street cricket, his favorite bowler is Wasim Akram he often tried to emulate his hero, and Amir said that Wasim Akram is his idol. In 2008 Amir made his domestic career debut for the Rawalpindi Rams and concurrently represented the NBP-National Bank of Pakistan. In his domestic debut, he took 55 first-class wickets for the National Bank of Pakistan. Mohammad Amir took key wickets including those of cricketers on the national side. Due to his brilliant performances in his domestic career he successfully makes a place in international cricket, and he was selected for the 2009 T20 World Cup. Mohammad Amir T20 International Career

Mohammad Amir made his T20 International debut in the group levels of the 2009 ICC World Cup T20 against England, Amir took the key wicket of Ravi Bopara at just his second ball. He continued to give his outstanding performances as the tournament continued, he took the wickets in his first spell and also at the end of his spell, He was very effective at using the short ball with his bouncers that rushed onto the batsmen. Mohammad Amir made his ODI debut against Sri Lanka, he took three wickets and made 23 runs. On 9 November, against New Zealand Amir made 73 runs which is a record for a 10-number batsman.

Amir showed his brilliant performance and impressed the Pakistan Cricket team, in 2009 Pakistan toured Sri Lanka, and Amir shared a 62 runs partnership with Umar Gul for 10 wicket partnership. In 2009 Amir also played a match against New Zealand in 2009-10. Amir performed very well this season.

On 30 August 2009, Amir scored 58 runs against England at Nottingham, in this match Amir came at number 11 and he became the 1 st cricketer to make a half-century in One Day Internationals after coming last batting order.

Amir did not successfully take the wicket in his next two matches against Sri Lanka.

In the next test match against New Zealand Amir took four wickets, at a time when his team was facing tough competition. Amir won his 1 st test match with his team during he was playing his 5 the Test match. Pakistan won this test match by 141 runs and Amir took three wickets.

In 2010, in a test match against Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Amir took his 1 st five-wicket haul, wickets that e took included top batsman of the Australian team Ricky Ponting, Micheal Clarke, and Michael Hussey. In this test match, Amir showed his good bowling style.

On 24 July 2010, Amir performed very well against Australia and help Pakistan to win the 2 and Test match. The 1 st test match had won by Pakistan in the 15 years, which also drew 1-1 series, Amir took 7 wickets during this test match and was declared man of the match. In the second test match, Amir was the top wicket-taker of both teams.

In 2010 Mohammad Amir was awarded the title of man of the match for becoming the youngest cricketer to ever take a five-wicket haul in England. Amir also became the youngest player to take 50 test wickets. Amir was praised from so many former international cricketers for his outstanding performances in the test match.

In the England series, Amir took 19 wickets and became the highest of the Pakistanis and third highest overall in the cricket world at a brilliant average of 18.3. Amir also took 2 five-wicket hauls. Due to his great performance, he became the leading bowler for the Pakistan cricket team.
